"Driver was 10 minutes late I had to phone the office to ask where he was. He then rang me to say he was a couple of minutes away. He said he was told the pickup time was 1.30pm not 1pm so being late was not his fault, in fact if it had been 1.30pm he would have been early. He was helpful and courteous, the car was clean and tidy and he got us to Heathrow in good time. Overall an excellent service and I would use again."
